Is It Normal To Have Tension, Cramps In Hypogastrium After An Intercourse?

Is it normal to feel tension or crampy feeling over the hypogastrium after an intercourse, and am spotting? I am already 40y.o and just had my 1st experience with my partner. I am very tensed and not feeling pleasure with it because I am very conditioned. We both loved each other after being related more than a year. But I just feel a lot of mind conditioning. Pls help me doctor...am worried & bothered. thanks...
