hi,thanks for query.During pregnancy under the influence of hormones glands in the breast develop and are prepared for lactation and secreting milk. This leads to increase in size of it.There is no need to worry, try wearing proper fitting bra and maintain good posture. After delivery and lactation is over they will reduce in size and come back to normal.
wishing you good health.

General & Family Physician Dr. Akshith's  Response
hello and welcome to healthcare magic!!
well as your doctor would have counselled you it is normal phenomenon for the breasts to increase in size so as to help in lactation later on and don worry once you deliver the baby and lactation begins you will lose the extra fat within one year provided you feed the baby properly.
