Is It Normal To Have Chest Tightening, Wheezing And Metallic Taste After Running For Few Minutes?

I'm new to running and I just ran for about 5 minutes, not heavy running but a little faster than jogging. My chest tightened up and I was wheezing, I also tasted blood, or a metallic taste, below my collarbone. I kept drooling really badly and kept coughing until i started to puke.
when I finished puking it calmed down a little but it's still really tight right above my collarbone.
Should I see my doctor? Or is this normal?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really understand your problem and want to advise you that it is better to get it examine and should never be underestimated, because this symptoms are not said to be normal this could be exercise induced asthma or may be some cardiac problem, so it is better to rule out the possibility of these, Hope you can understand this have nice day.
