Dear Ms,

You feel dizzy because your heart rate is too slow and your brain doesn't receive enough blood and oxygen.
In your case it is advised to have pacemaker. It is devise which will make your heart rate normal. It will fire impulses when your heart gets lazy. So I would advise you to discuss with your doctor the possibility of pacemaker.

Hope I could help you
