Is It Normal To Experience Delay In Periods While Trying To Conceive?

Hello, We are trying for baby.my Ht-5'4",Wt-77kgs and age-35,Have been doing yoga for more than 1yr 6 months.6 months back we got preliminary test done for conceiving. All reports were alright.Problem now is i have missed my menses (26-days Cycle) already on day 30. What is that i need to do? why have i missed the dates? Is that i have conceived? Help me please.

The delay in your period may mean that you have conceived. You should consider doing a pregnancy test.
Most pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception, though there are some early detection tests that may be able to detect pregnancy earlier.

If this time frame is not yet passed, you can consider waiting few days to increase the likelihood of an accurate response.
