I am three weeks into my first Destrogen birth control cycle, almost to my fourth week. I have a lot of breast tenderness (nonstop), and have since a few days before I started taking the pill. My breasts have also changed shape, although my bust measurement has not changed. I haven t had sex since the last week of September, and since then have taken two pregnancy tests at the doctor and both came up negative. I started birth control because I had been experiencing abnormal bleeding for two months straight. I am afraid I might be pregnant, despite past tests. Is it normal to experience breast tenderness for so long, and breast changes when you start birth control?P.S. I am 18.
