I had a severe stomach ache 2 days ago, the next day the pain was gone but I had sore mouth and gums. The third day the pain extended also to my throat (the right side only); now my mouth, gums and throat are sore. What would that be from and is it enough to treat my sore mouth and gums with Astringent?
