Is It Concerning If There S Headache, Fever, Body Chills That Last A Day?

I keep having these episodes of headache, fever, chills, body aches that last a day or two and the go away. No nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. This has happened three times over the last 4 months or so. Also I feel tired all the time though I am getting enough sleep and rest. Do I need to see a doctor?

Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. Episodic fever with chills is not mentioned in any of the medical illnesses. What I can derive from it is that there must be periods off and on, when you are feeling headache, fatigue and on touching your body or forehead, you must be feeling some warmth. However, please confirm whether you had documented fever with a thermometer?

There is nothing to worry about it.These appear to be periods of excessive fatigue, you are suffering from.
You need to relax your lifestyle, have adequate sleep and do mental relaxation exercises. These modifications may improve the things.I hope it helps.
