Is It A Matter Of Worry If I Get Abdominal Pains During Sex And Get Relief Only After Its Done ?

(1)please when exactly does iucd expires?and the latest time it should use.i am 28years old,85kg,5ft and perfectly okay . (2)is it normal for women to be having abdominal pains anytime you want to have sex.is only after i finish having sex that i will be normal.please tell me what my problem is? (3)what are the signs one will see when is about to have breast cancer .

Thanks for query,
1,After 1-2 years you should change iucd,
2,usually there shoud no pain while sex,there may be some infection or some problem in your genital tract,go for ultra sound.
3,any lump small or big in the breast,discharge coming out from nipple,non healing ulcer in the breast,lymph nodes enlargement in axilla,change of breast shape all of a sudden.
Presence of these signs does not mean one is having cancer but to rule out cancer one should go for breast examination and mammography.
