hi this is my first pregnancy and my blood group is b negative.my husband`s blood group is b positive. i have had ict and the result is negative.so is this result ok?

By ICT, I assume you mean indirect Coomb's test. Your test result is fine.
You will need to take an injection called anti-Rh immunoglobulin at around 28 weeks of pregnancy to prevent the possibility of development of antibodies to your baby's red blood cells. You will also need to take his injection in all subsequent pregnancies.
