Im 21 years old ... i recently got my undecended testical removed ... i am going in for a cosmetic implant ... ive heard from the net that a implant of a fake testis is not that successfull most of the time ... would u still advise it ... i also wanted to kno if they can use suchers that can dissolve and whether i can opt for it ...

Cosmetic implants are usually successful and they are only for cosmetic purposes and have no functional element. If you need to have the feel of a testicle in your scrotal sac then you should go ahead. If not strongly needed then you can avoid the surgery.
Dissolving implants availability and expertise is available at few centers and you will have to ask your Surgeon about it. They would be able to help you.
