Is Hydrotubation Safe For Endometriosis And Uterine Fibroids Treatment?

I was reported to have endometriosis, Uterine fibroids and chocolate cyst, i usually have pain. the doctor is careful not to operate because of the tense adhesion. He want to do hydrotubation to free the tubes and see the possibility of getting pregnant. what is your advice

Sonosalpingography...wherein we push saline in the uterine cavity and see spillage of fluid on either side...thru transvaginal scan. might help to see tubal patency ..as far as endometriosis n fibroid is concerned ...it would not cause problem.
It causes normally some pain as we are distending uterine cavity ..
you can go ahead with this
