is it likely that i am pregnant im havinh headaches constantly dizzu at night abdominal pain cravings and very moody. exhausted but dont sleep well. and today started spotting a bit i just got treated for bacterial vaginosis and just started spotting a bit today. symptoms have been going on about a week or little longer now. about 3 weeks ago i had unprotected sex and the guy came in me. at least 3 times. i havent missed my period yet. but started birthcontrol 2 weeks ago & wonder if that may have something to do with it

Hi..you have performed unsafe sex 3 weeks ago and started birthcontrol method 1 week after that..so it's a pretty good chance that fertilization and implantation might have occurred when you have started birth control method. So perform a urine pregnancy test by self at home.. If it comes out to be positive, get a transvaginal ultrasound to confirm the site and viability of pregnancy, because spotting might indicate threatened abortion or ectopic pregnancy or it might be a normal inplantation bleed.
