Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here your pregnancy test is negative so pregnancy is unlikely here....

The cause for brown discharge and fever has to be searched for and treated accordingly... Like that of infection...

Work up done in following way...
-Pelvic and per speculum examination
-pelvic USG
-CBC
-vaginal swab if needed
-Serum TSH and t4 estimation etc...

USG will able to rule out fibroid, endometriosis, ovarian problem if present

Avoid stress and take healthy diet

Consult gynecologist for examination without delay with keeping this in mind

Take care
