Hello It seems from the history that you are having black eye , bruising on cheek and lump under the eye following injury. This is because of collection of blood and fluids in the layers of skin as a result of injury. This will resolve over 3-4 weeks and application of cold compression is helpful. However associated fractures of the underlying bones or eye injury needs to be ruled out. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
