During pregnancy you should be taking minimum drugs.No self medication at all.There are plenty of drugs that you can during pregnancy but you have weigh risk benefit ratio.so your doctor is the best judge for the same.So it this cifran is prescribed by an allopathic doctor m.b.b.s and above ,you can take it.
