Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. Most likely cause of these symptoms are self limiting viral infections or bacterial infections esp. Streptococcal. So, instead of continuing cepodem I would recommend you to go for CBC, CRP and throat swab culture. If these investigations are suggestive of bacterial infection, then start her on Amoxicillin or Amoxiclav as per the sensitivity pattern for a proper duration. You may upload the reports for my reference so that I may help you in the best possible way.

If the reports are normal, then just give her antihistamine such as Chlorpheniramine or fexofenadine for cough and cold. Give calpol (10-15mg/kg/dose max 500mg) for fever spikes.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
