Prevously two threatend abortions (24.07.2012 & 22.05.2013)

Mycobactirium Tuberculosis complex activity-POSITIVE
Tumor Necrosis Facter-alpha activity-POSITIVE
Natural Killer Cells Activity-POSITIVE
OB- Early Pregnancy Scan Report-Realtime B-mode ultrasonography of gravid uterus

Rout: Transvaginal
Single. Intrauterine gestation
Right Overy: Normal
Leeft Overy: Corpus luteal cyst
Gestational sac seen. Sac margins appeared regular
Gestational sac measured 22.0 X 21.0 X 20.0 mm
Fetal Heart rate: 142bpm
Is any special treatment need to take as per Biopsy Report?

According to biopsy report you have tubercular infection.
Tuberculosis may be the reason for previous abortions.
You need full course of anti tubercular therapy.
You should take it on time for full duration.
Liver function test should be done before starting antitubercular drugs.
You should consult your physician.
