Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your father may be suffering from acute kidney injury due to trauma induced rabdomyolysis or chronic kidney disease with acute exacerbation.

Addison disease may cause low serum cortisol, low blood pressure, hyponatremia, hyperkalemia, etcetera.

So, please consult your nephrologist who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
