Hallow Dear, You have missed your period, however you have not mentioned by how many days. Pregnancy test during first week of pregnancy may report false negative. If you have not completed that much peropd, you may wait for few days and repeat the test. Alternative you may opt for Beta hCG test on your blood. This is highly specific and sensitive test and gives reliable report even few days before missed period. hCG levels Whether you are pregnant or not, some of the symptoms you are reporting (numbness) are suggestive of anaemia.
