Hi
Thanks for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Conservative treatment works for so many patients.Muscle relaxants and steroids are given as medicinal therapy. Physiotherapy execises like Mckenzie execise helps to relieve pain on hand.Cervical traction and chiropractic manipulation also given. If you have tried Physitherapy and medication and there is no improvement then you can think about surgery.Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Let me know if you have any further Query.
