Is Utrogestan Safe During Pregnancy?

Hello! Im 23 weeks pregnant and my gynie prescribed me a utrogesran 100mg twice a day thru vagina insertion. Is this safe?her reason is for me to avoid premature labor because im taking many medicines since 1st tri of my pregnancy as medication to my highblood. Thanks!
