Is Kmac Syrup,Uripas And Sporidex Correct For Urinary Infection?

my wife is having urinary infection and we confirmed with her UPT during her last week. Her last PD was 23 may 2012. She has suggested with Kmac syrup,Uripas and Sporidex. Is that right. She has lower stomach pain and burniing sensation. Please advise.

Yes, these are good medications and for it and it helps in most cases, also you should drink plenty of fluids and take raspberry tea or juice to promote urination. If there is no improvement you should have antibiotic course and then recheck urine analysis and urinoculture.
