Hello, i read your answer carefully and understood your concern.
Evion LC is a food supplement, which contains as its ingredients levocarnithine and vitamins. It's used in different pathologies that involve cell damage (as the carnitine slow down the process) or carnitine deficiency.
It doesn't have any known effect on blood thining (if by this term you mean antiagreggation) but sometime it can cause bleeding.
Regarding the symptoms in your calf, i think that's the main reason the doctor prescribed it to you, since it's used for pains caused by narrowed arteries.
I hope i have been of help.
I'm at your disposal for further questions.
