Is BP 151/81 High?
just wondering id a BP 151/81 is high ?
I am on meds for a couple years now for high BP. I was recently dagnosed with sleep apnea and have been on cpap for almost 2 weeks now. I was told BP may go down now that I use cpap to sleep. Cant remember what my "usual BP is so wondering if 151/81 is high ????

CPAP helps
151 is systolic and a bit high.
81 is diastolic is normal .
Stop salt and take an anxiolytic this too (systolic) will be normal .
