Irregular Periods Along With Pain, Please Suggest

I am 50, a female. I am a house-wife with an easy-going life-style. I am married since last 30 years with 3 children, all normal delivery. Since last 6-7 months, my periods are not regular.Like, in nov-dec '08, it didn't stop almost and since april '09, I am having periods almost twice a fortnight , with inconsistent flow. I am having pain in lower abdomen , legs and back. Specially abdominal pain is too high after meals. My Hb is normal (10 g/dl). As far as diet is concerned, I never used to have any fried or spicy food at all, since this problem started (I am pure vegetarian).I am having little bit leucorrhoea also, slightly yellowish without any odour since teenage.
