Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
If you have regular periods and this is the first time, you may ignore this story and consider it an incident. After you make sure you are not pregnant by a pregnancy blood test, this may be due to any stress or psychological disturbance.
In similar cases I reassure my patients and may prescribe them some hemostatics if there is bleeding, plus multivitamins to regain their health.
I hope these words were useful to you.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
