Irregular Periods, Hemoglobin 10, TSH 3.63

sir/madam i am an indian,unmarried 24 years old and i am having irregular periods from 5-6 years.they generaly comes after 2-3 months.i hav done every tests and ultasound.and every thing was fine.my haemoglobian is 10.my TSH level is 3.63.i am hearing some issues related to new TSH level criteria.Can u help me with my irregular periods.Please.

Hello mam your TSH is normal. Moreover TSH levels if increased causes excessive periods and not this delayed period pattern. I would suggest you to get hormones tested ( FSH AMH and prolactin). Take care and all the best.
