Irregular Period. Taking Maperate Tablets. Done Follicular Study. Can I Get Pregnant? Treatment?

Hi,
My wife have problem with irregular menses ( after 60 + days). She taking maperate Tablet for withdrawal.
We just test of follicular studies and found that below overy sizes:--

Test on 11th Day: Left Overy- 6.6mm Right Overy- 6.7mm Endometrium - 5.4mm
Test on 14th Day: Left Overy- 6.6mm Right Overy- 6.7mm Endometrium - 7.00mm

Please check & suggest ,what is best treatment for this ?
Pregnancy possible or not??

The irregular periods are commonly associated with anovulatory cycles. This takes proper hormonal treatment to regularize the cycles and then the ovulation induction therapy helps in ovulation.
