Hi,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
From the description it seems that you are having some infection .
It will be better to consult surgeon and get a check up and treatment . Clinical examination finding will determine the course of treatment For the time being you may start on antibiotics like cefpodoxime and clavulinic combination twice daily and anti inflammatory drugs like diclofenac and serratiopeptidase combination thrice daily .
