Intermittent Aching, Numbness In Leg, Vein Rupture In Upper Calf Area, Worse At Night. Suggestions?

On Sunday I had a vein rupture in my upper calf area and have a tennis ball size bruise. At first the bruised area was tender but that subsided. The last couple days I have been having intermittent aching and slight numbness/ tingling in this leg. The aching seems worse at night when I get in bed. And my leg doesn't hurt all day just later in day? Do I need to be concerned?
I am 32 and have had 4 children
