Hello doctor, i had my daughte three and half month ago.But i still have a lot pain in my pelvic/ uterus .Then i done my ultrasound of uterus the result is.within the endomentrium there is a 6mm cyst . The ovaries are normal in size and shape, each having a volume of some 4.5cc. so after having surgery cyst will come back? i am worried for it. what is the treatment for them? how i can getrid of that?
