Nephrologist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for the query.
Common causes of blood in urine include stones, infection and tumours.
If you have persisting blood in urine it's best to get urine analysis and culture exam and an ultrasound of the abdomen and then see a nephrologist.
From the description of the symptoms of back pain it does not appear to be related to the blood in urine.
Hope his helps.
Good luck.
