Intense Pain Below Ribcage Post Fall, Difficulty In Sleeping, Using Ace Bandage. Cure?

I fell down some stairs and the next day my right side below or on ribcage is in excrutiating pain . I am not having any breathing problems but it hurts so much very uncomfortable especially going to sleep . Do you suggest sleeping on my other side? What can I take for this pain? I put on an ace bandage should that help heal it? How long does this take to heal its very painful and cannot do any kind of work

As ypu have hurt your right side you should sleep on your left side .You can take T Etorocoxib 90mg once daily for a week for the pain .Before doing this please take a Xray of your chest to rule out any ifracture of the ribs.If there is a fracture it will usually take 6 to 8 weeks to heal.Usually the pain subsides in 3 to 4 days if there is no fracture
