hi there... i injured my right leg at the gym a while ago, the pain went away for months and now it come back, it is a severe pain when walkign or sitting down but no problem when i workout. Now the pain from my leg spread to my lowerback, the pain in my leg actually decrease. It is very painful when i lift my legs, cough or sneeze ...

It looks like that you had acute disc rupture. This can happen during any injury to spine like fall, sudden bending or weight lifting. My suggestion to you is to meet a orthopaedic surgeon and get your MRI of the spine done. If it shows any disc herniation you can be treated according to condition of your spine.
