Infant Having Sweaty Feet. What Could Be The Reason For It?

Good Day I have a 6 month old boy and he is very sweaty esspecially his feet,what could be the reason for it. Another concerning issue is that my boy does not have a single teeth in his month,could there be a problem,although he is drooling alot and he loves to chew everything he can lay his hands on

Thank you for your query.
Sweating is normal in some infants and if it is on feet nothing to worry.
Eruption of teeth may happen any time between 6 months to 15 months so still there is time for teething.
Drooling and putting everything into mouth are normal developmental milestones as per the age.
