Infant. Urine Test Showed PH Acidic, Albumin Trace, Pus Cell 2-4, Mucus Thread =+/HPF. Explain

hi sir. my 13 month old baby is only 7.7 kg. i went to show him to doctor. he did Urine RE test for my baby. that came with this kind of result.
Physical
Quantity = 30 ml
color = P/yellow
PH = Acidic.
CHEMICAL
Albumin = Trace
MICROSCOPY
Red Cell = 00.1 /HPF
Pus Cell = 02-04 /HPF
and also write MUCUS THREAD=+ /HPF with pen
please tell me what its Mean???

Thanks for posting on HCM,

Well the result could simply be interpreted as a urinary tract infection even though the result presentation could also be interpreted as normal if your baby is presenting with no particular symptoms. You will need to consult with pediatrician if your baby is having symptoms such as frequent urination or swelling of feet etc.
