Increase In Facial Hair, Change In Complexion Postpartum. Is There Any Cream For Facial Hair?

Hi, I am Radha, 30 yrs old, mother of 3yrs old girl. I have facial hair ( on neck, jaw line and upper lip )and before my pregnancy I had no facial hair. Further my complection has change to more dark than I was before. I have consulted a dermatologist and she advised me to use SPF 30 sunscreen. Is there any cream for my facial hair.

No cream is available for facial hair growth,
It has developed due to change in hormonal status during pregnancy,
you may go for waxing.
