1. In Narcolepsy how can sleep attacked be documented? 2. When medical compliance test shows negative for Amphetamines (Ritalin). What can cause this, besides the patient not taking medication? Because i have taken my meds every day to maintain wakefulness. I was discharged from the service in 1995. Starting in 1996, I stated receiving treatment from the VA. Because of the above stated medical non-compliance test, they discounted my meds. Now they will not even work with me on the matter.

did you check the expiry of drugs, secondly, the did you take same drug?
thirdly, quality of drug may be very poor.
these are the two possibilities for negative for amphetamine even though you have taken it.
