I Havent Had My Period Since Almost 3 Months?

well maybe almost 3 but i NEVER had sex and im 18 years old i use to get them regularly but then they started happening more sooner and now i haven t had one in almost 3 months i have NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE HAD SEX OR ANY SEXUAL CONTACT. so why?
