Hello,

Thank you for writing to HCM,

Sex desire always depends upon the things happens to your life.

So, If you are too busy with your life and no time for sex than it might possible that you have less sex drive issue.

For increasing sex desire always try to give enough time for it because that's the way you may increase your sex desire.

If you had partner than you may go for sexual life with her because that will be the best way to treat this issue. while having it try to use foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help you and your partner for more pleasure than normal intercourse.

Also you may use different positions for the same.

As you described you had concern a doctor from last 4 years than i would like to suggest to talk with her directly that what is the issue because she had all your reports and all so she will be sure for you.

Hope you will find it helpful.

Thanks & Regards,
Dr. Gaurav Prajapati
