As you are having history of emotional trauma , many a times nervousness causes such head ache and loss of energy. In herbal medicines we regard this to be excess of pit [ heat ] in body which is responsible for all such symptoms. Regular morning walk, remaining in company never sit alone, meditation and body massage help a lot. add indian goose berry in your diet.
