There are multiple things involved in this, firstly, stop speaking over the phone (particularly a cell phone)for a long time this can damage the sensitive nerves in the inner ear. Secondly, you seem to be suffering from allergy to cold items, whenever you consume any cold items ensure you drink enough warm water or do warm water gargles soon after. Regarding sweating, I would suggest you to contact a good physician and get thoroughly evaluated.
