Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
From your query i understand that you may have Isolated Systolic hypertension.

It is a common type of high blood pressure.
The ideal systolic pressure must be 140 mmhg or less ( Numerator of blood pressure). Your systolic blood pressure is high. In contrast your diastolic blood pressure is normal.

It is better to serially monitor your blood pressure. Because it may be the variation of the regular high blood pressure.

If the blood pressure is still you may need medications like amlodipine or beta blockers.
Some lifestyle modifications like decreasing salt in diet, regular exercise, avoid alcohol and smoke.
By adopting this Healthy life style you can prevent the stroke, heart disease etc..

You can continue your Vit B12 and folic acid for pernicious anemia.

Headache during periods is very common. So you no need to worry about that.

Hope this helps.
Take care.

Regards,
Dr.Manjeth
