Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You are suffering from Acute Gastritis. You haven't mentioned your height and weight? Anyways, Drink plenty of water. Avoid stress and spicy fried foods, junk and coffee. Sleep with your head end elevated and eat healthy fresh fruits and green leafy veggies. You may also require Tablets which you may want to eat it on empty stomach the prescription for which you will get it after getting yourself examined by a Physician.

Wish you Good Health.
