I Have A Really Itchy Anus Which Is Generally Worse
I have a really itchy anus which is generally worse at night. I have also found the itchiness to be a thousand times worse if I have any alcohol in the evening. I have tried worming medication with zero results please help the itchiness keeps me awake at night it is so bad

Hi,
Apply coconut oil around anus. Itching may be due to dryness of the part or there may be small fissure. In homoeopathy use
1. Ratanhia 30 - 2 drops 4 times
2. Sulphur 30 - 2 drops morning in empty stomach

there are causes other than worm are-
-fungal infection(more common in diabetes) are you a diabetic?
-may be due to allergy
-some medications like steroids
-Anal fissure,hemorrhoids(get evaluated by a surgeon for these)
-some times liver diseases, iron deficiency anaemia, thyroid gland can be cause of itching.
so get these conditions ruled out by consulting a doctor

U had tried worm medicine which is first line cause.Probably , it may be due to any skin infection-Scabies,Candidiasis due to unhygine.U may used anti septic liquid after passing stool.
