I Have A Dot In The Middle Of My Vision

There is a fuzzy, brown, circular image that blocks vision right in the center of my left eye. It's not something you can see but something *I* see when I read or work on the computer. I have gone to an eye specialist and they say I'm fine. One suggested that a portion of my vitreous fluid may have liquified, so there may be a pocket of liquid rather than jelly-like substance within my eyeball. I really don't know what to make of this. It was in both eyes but now I think it's only in one and it seems to have lessoned. It used to be a bit more pronounced. I thought perhaps I had burned my inner eye with sunlight, or something bright, and that it's maybe healing? It's annoying and I'm concerned. My eyes are otherwise healthy, nearsighted at -5.75 in both.

Yes your doctor is right it's the liquefaction of vitreous jelly of your eye due to which you see a dot , you need to ignore it as there is no treatment for it n it should not be treated also
