Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Floaters In Eyes

I had cataract surgery on right eye in march 2013 then on left eye April 2013 then laser treatment now i was diagnoses with syneresis I have floaters in the right eye and this veile type of thing traveling in both eyes

how can I get ride of this what is the treatment

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having floaters because of syneresis of vitreous.
Floaters by themselves may not require treatment as they are benign. But sudden increase in floaters associated with flashes of light may require evaluation to rule out retinal problems.
Floaters are usually caused by vitreous degenerationlike syneresis or liquefaction of vitreous.
If they are very problematic associated with retbnal problems vitrectony can be done.
