Understanding your concern. As per your query you have ear infection along with difficulty in hearing which seems to be due to cloggong of ears due to ear wax accumulation and negstive pressure development due to eustachian tube dysfunction. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for otocopic examination and audimetery testing. Avoid touching or pricking it with sharp object. Keep continue antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory drugs. Put anti-inflammatory ear drops. Apply warm compressors.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
