Hi,

Based on your description, it sounds like your baby has an infection and the doctor has prescribed Fenistil drops, Augmentin drops, and Adol to help manage her symptoms. Fenistil drops are usually used to relieve itching and allergic reactions, but they can also have a mild antipyretic effect, which means they may help reduce fever. Regarding the dosage of Adol, the recommended dose can vary depending on your baby's weight, age, and the severity of their symptoms.

The dosage on the container may not be appropriate for your baby. It's important to keep your baby hydrated by giving her plenty of fluids and to monitor her temperature regularly. If her fever persists or she develops other symptoms. Thus, I need to know the weight of the baby for any advice on dosage.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
